Return Policy

Important Information for Returns

In an ideal world, everything would go smoothly, but we understand that issues may arise. When problems occur, we strive to rectify them with your cooperation.

  • Ensure returns are in pristine condition and packaged in their original packaging. Include a copy of your invoice for a swift process.
  • Refunds follow the original payment method. Refunds under $1 will be issued only upon customer request.
  • To prevent damage, pack returned items securely.
  • If we shipped the wrong item, return it, and we’ll send the correct item, reimbursing you for the shipment cost.
  • We cannot accept items that have been installed, disassembled, drilled, welded, cut, painted, or modified. Double-check fit before any alterations.
  • Kits must be returned with all components; partial kits cannot be accepted.

Customer Service Line

A 10% non-refundable restocking fee applies to return items. We reserve the right to refuse unfit-for-resale returns. Refusal also applies to shipments without prepaid shipping charges, duties, customs, etc.

Warranty

Some items may have extended manufacturer warranties. All parts adhere to the manufacturer’s warranty on workmanship and materials. Auto Parts Bundle Wholesale is not liable for labor, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is the product’s cost. Misuse, incorrect installation, or failure of related parts voids the warranty. The warranty begins at the Date of Purchase. If a part can’t be exchanged due to backorder or unavailability, the original purchase price will be refunded.
